Flux Thimble Tube Jacking Tool
The Master-Lee Flux Thimble Tube Jacking Tool is used at the Seal Table to assist with retraction and insertion of flux thimble tubes during outage maintenance. The system consists of a , Control Console and Hydraulic Power Supply. Both the 115 Vac Hydraulic Power Supply and Control Console are mounted on a portable cart to facilitate transportation to and from the jobsite.

Flux Thimble Reel
EPI's Flux Thimble Reel has been engineered to securely hold up to 15 flux thimbles. Easily rotated by hand, this reel saves valuable time and floor space for your thimble replacement projects. Transportation of the delicate flux thimbles to the job site is more safely and efficiently performed utilizing the Flux Thimble Reel. Made of lightweight aluminum, all components are easily assembled and hand carried.

High Pressure Seal Cutting System
Master-Lee's engineers have developed a unique tool for the removal of existing high pressure seals from the flux thimble guide tubes at the seal table. Enter the High Pressure Seal Cutting System. This tool enables the removal of these high pressure seals without damaging the flux thimble guide tubes in the process. An abrasive wheel on the cutting tool accurately and gently cuts the upper and lower ferrules and nut from the guide tubes. Using EPI's High Pressure Seal Cutting System can quickly and easily complete the repairs necessary to ensure the integrity of the high pressure seal.

Flux Thimble Tube Expansion Tool
Our hydraulically operated Flux Thimble Expansion Tool offers a safe and reliable method for expanding your flux thimble tubes. The primary purpose of this expansion is to enable the use of standard Swagelock® fittings when coupling non-standard size tubing. Lightweight and portable, this hand-held hydrulic unit is easily and readily mobilized to your jobsite. Manually operated, the Flux Thimble Expansion Tool will efficiently adjust your 0.300" diameter flux thimble tubes to the necessary 0.314" diameter for its mating Swagelock® ferrules.
